Jennifer Menke

has dedicated the past 15 years of her life to learning from different indigenous cultures, nature based spiritual elders, and the earth directly to understand how humans can live in balance with their environment. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Ecopsychology from the University of Colorado and Naropa University and has studied with indigenous Mayans, Brazilian and Mexican Curanderos, and Taos-Pueblo, Lakota, and Apache Native Americans. She has been training with John P. Milton for the past 11 years and is currently a student of an Apache spiritual elder La’ne Saan Moonwalker.

When Jennifer was 18 she facilitated the formation of Conscious Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing food to indigenous tribal communities in North America. Jennifer currently works as a sustainable landscape designer focusing on restoring native ecosystems in the urban environment and giving her clients the opportunity to reconnect to a sense of place. She also is a senior guide for The Way of Nature, founded by John P. Milton, providing people with a deep and transformational experience in nature, awakening them to their purpose and interconnection to all of life. Currently, Jennifer is bringing this work to people and organizations internationally in order to facilitate large scale change in the way we do business for the betterment of our planet.


Simone Poutnik

Simone 2Simone has been a facilitator of creative & transformative group processes for the past 10 years. She has convened, designed and facilitated gatherings, long terms learning processes and collaborative innovation labs in very diverse contexts. She has worked with communities in rural Zimbabwe and Kenya, young leaders in post-revolutionary Egypt, government officials and stakeholder groups of the European Institutions, corporate and social innovators in Europe and the US. In 2008 she co-founded Natural Innovation, a social enterprise specialised on creating social innovation labs. She was part of co-creating Labcraft, a book on social innovation labs, co-authored by 12 people in 4 days (www.labcraft.co).

Simone’s passion is to create transformative learning spaces. She is very attuned to the group field and masterful in both designing powerful group processes and working with what emerges in the moment. Simone weaves together different methods and approaches so people can have meaningful conversations that lead to wise action, grounded in a deeper understanding of the world and our role in it.

Simone is deeply committed to conscious evolution and collective awakening, embracing our evolutionary past and moving beyond it to be fully here and available for what wants to emerge through us in every moment. She loves meditating, yoga, dancing, poetry, relational spiritual practice (eg WEpractice) and of course more than anything she loves being in nature. In 2013 she did a 10 day Sacred Passage with John Milton, which included 6 days and nights alone in nature.


Spencer Honeyman

Specer Portrait-7781 (1)Spencer is passionate about creating a culture where we are connected to ourselves, each other, and the greater cosmos on a deep level. He has been leading outdoor groups involving creative expression and nature connection around the Bay Area over the last two years and been running his own design firm, Revive Holistic Design, since 2010 that is committed to creating modern, vibrant places for human inspiration to flourish.

After finishing formal studies in 2008, Spencer entered self-study of Integral Theory, meditation, and body energetics, studying under modern mystic, Thomas Huebl, for the last 4 years, and martial yoga in various parts of the world for the last 8 years. He brings a grounded access to subtle energy and helps individuals visualize their goals and struggles from a holistic, intuitive viewpoint.  He is a guitarist and poet, who performed as a hip hop MC in college, and loves music of all kinds.
